About Hult International Business School and Scholarship
Private business school Hult International Business School has campuses in Cambridge, London, San Francisco, Dubai, New York City, and Shanghai. It is often known as Hult Business School or just Hult. Hult, a member of the EF Education First Group, was named for Bertil Hult, the school’s patron. Hult provides executive education through its Hult Ashridge branch on the Ashridge Estate site, along with undergraduate, master’s, and MBA degree programs.
The Arthur D. Little School of Management, established in Cambridge, Massachusetts, in 1964, as well as the Ashridge Business School, established in Ashridge, England, in 1959, were both succeeded by Hult. The Hult Prize, a competition for student entrepreneurs, is sponsored by the institution. The Master of International Business program at Hult was ranked 17th globally among Masters in Management programs by The Economist in 2019. The Financial Times Executive Education Top 50 Schools report placed Ashridge Executive Education at Hult at number 16 in 2020. According to the QS International Trade Rankings, Hult’s Executive MBA was one of the top 100 programs in the world in 2022.
The Hult Prize, formerly known as the Hult Global Case Challenge, is an annual worldwide case competition that invites students to identify answers to major societal problems. It is sponsored by Hult International Business School. The Clinton Global Initiative, the United Nations Foundation, and Hult International Business School collaborated on the Prize.
The top teams from each regional competition go to the global final when one winning team is determined. The winning idea will be funded in part by a $1 million cash grant from Bertil Hult. From its international research facilities, Hult carries out business and market research.
The admittance rate at Hult International Business School is 28%. It has more than 19,000 alumni spread throughout 156 nations. Hult is categorized as a More Selective Institution by the Carnegie Classification of Institutions of Higher Education.
Around 3,000 students are served by Hult’s seven campuses, which are spread across six nations. These include two undergraduate and graduate campuses (in London and Boston), three postgraduate campuses that are used for summer rotations (in San Francisco, Shanghai, and Dubai), one postgraduate campus only (in New York City), and one executive education campus (at Ashridge Estate in Hertfordshire, United Kingdom). During their programs, students are encouraged to switch between campuses. The Royal Institute of British Architects National Award was given to the Sergison Bates Architects-designed Hult London Undergraduate Campus in 2015.
The Growth Mindset Scholarship honors new students who exhibit a growth mindset, personal progress, and success despite challenges.
