Eligibility Criteria for Pennon Schools Undergraduate Merit Scholarship
Applicants are advised to meet the following prerequisites to be eligible for the Pennon Schools Undergraduate Merit Scholarship at the University of Sheffield:
- Eligible Nations: the UK
- All undergraduate degree-level courses are acceptable, except those in medicine (A100/A101) and dentistry (A200).
- Acceptable Standards: The candidates must fulfill all the requirements to be eligible:
- You must be given an offer to enroll in a foundation degree program or undergraduate degree program at the University of Sheffield beginning in September 2024, whether it be full- or part-time.
- All undergraduate degree programs are acceptable, except dentistry (A200) and medicine (A100/A101).
- You must plan for your degree or foundation program to start at the University of Sheffield in September 2024.
- An offer for a course taken in its whole at the University of Sheffield is required. Scholarship applications are not permitted for degree programs that are divided between the University of Sheffield and a partner institution.
- To qualify for the foreign tuition cost, you must be self-supporting.
- You must not be a sponsored student.
- You must enroll in the first or second year of a degree program at the University of Sheffield.
- Every MArch program is a postgraduate taught program for scholarship eligibility, disqualifying it from any undergraduate awards.
- Candidates must fulfill the University’s entry requirement to participate in this studentship.
